Google Shows You What Readers Are Searching For

Hopefully, you use  Google Analytics .  Their data shows you show much about your readers.  Now comes  Google Insight For Search . The new Google Insights for Search Tool is still in the beta  phase, but you need to take a look at it.

It will give you a LOT more information than is available from the older Google Trends tool. It will tell you whether interest is growing or decaying for your keywords and keyword phrases -- plus tell you the words and phrases that are really hot for your topic.

There are many, many  things you can learn by using Google's  Insights Tool -- I was even surprised at the countries searching for my terms  vs. the countries that Analytics told me were actually reading my blog. This told me to cater more to Ireland!  Who knew?!

Play with the tool and its many features for a few minutes and you'll be amazed at what you can learn about your topic.

Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the Google Insights page and take a look at the list of Top Searches words and phrases and the list of Rising Searches. This will give you a direction to follow for future posts.

Very cool!
