I sent you an email earlier this week, sorry that I missed your earlier ones. I'm sorry to hear that Yahoo's receptionists have never heard of us. From what I understand, other services went through that as well. How embarrassing

I'm so sorry for all the trouble (and major annoyance) that the merge has caused. We warned well in advance that it would happen, but we didn't warn that there would be such painful kinks. We just didn't anticipate the problems, since we tested this for weeks internally. Of course, Murphy's Law demands that something would go wrong... The fact that we caused such major pain to our members really bothers us.

Again, I can't apologize enough for your troubles. If you still can't login, please call my office so we can get to the bottom of this.

I Love MyBlogLog and think it is a valuable tool for bloggers. We use it on 6 our personal blogs and we have about 8 clients currently using it. As of today, everyone's account is   working except 3. So hopefully MyBlogLog will be back to normal soon!
